house shopping

is rather difficult!!!!!!!!!!! (and seems all consuming)

i somehow just want to know that this exact house is the perfect one and this exact time for this amount of money.

yet i doubt. will a better one come on the market in a few weeks? will we regret putting an offer in on this house? will we spend too much?

should i wait for a sign? or rest on logic? or just wait it out?
