As I start my new job and embark on having a normal schedule of M-F 7-4, I am striving to meal plan so I can make a home cooked meal EVERY night.
Here's what I've got for this week.
-beef stroganoff
-lemon chicken and green bean
-ginger/garlic/soy sauce pork and brocolli stir fry
- spaghetti and salad
-macaroni and cheese with peas
- left overs

Might I recommend a crock-pot meal once in a while. Perhaps chili? Then you can start it in the morning, and when you get home your house will smell all delicious!! And you can make cornbread and it will be fabulous. That's what I think.
