Enjoy Deeper Sleep

"Dream of Drifting off easily and waking up refreshed?  Try these all-natural tips (courtesy of Women's  Healht Magazine)"

1. Eat a few carbs before bed- like a bannana or a few multigrain crackers
2. Block out artificial light- turn off your TV and computer 30 minutes before bed, and don't turn the light on in the middle of the night when nature calls
3. Make your bedroom cool, but wear socks.
4. Cut back on booze
